Well, ya, we are two childhood friends of each other for long time. We have grown up together, traveled together, shared our fun and difficult times together and thought of trying another adventure and this time, it’s Agro.

The company formed when the two friends; one with education background in Agro, specialized in Seed production, processing, quality, marketing and breeding, with decades of experiences in one of the world’s best multinational Agro companies was boiling inside to do something on own and shared the dream and vision with another friend, serving in the area of sales and marketing in Interbrand’s one of the top five Best global brands for years. It leads them to a point where strong blend of seed sourcing-production, quality seeds at one hand and insightful combination of product marketing ~ service management at the other, can be effectively capitalized.

Dreamt of a “Growing Bangladesh”, grow together with all stakeholders and to payback to society the journey started in 2021 from our childhood place Rangpur, a district town of North Bengal in Bangladesh, known as the Agro Hub.

The company is named as “Neolithic”, inspired from the term itself and significance of the period in human civilization, is characterized as the “Beginning of a settled human lifestyle”, final stage of cultural evolution or technological development among prehistoric humans.

Our goal is to ensure healthy living for all – and facilitate the best price for the farmers who are usually deprived of their right. With this goal, we have sourced, best quality seeds, collaborated with the producers, packaging, and promoters to bring you the best quality ingredients finally – all grown with care, honestly packed.
